• Respect the heritage and culture. Do not litter, participants are requested to carry the waste back to the city and dispose it off in dustbins.
• Keep in mind we are going for trek, not for trip or picnic, so maintain the discipline and follow leader’s instructions for your own safety.
• Participation confirmation only via confirmed Bank/Online Transfer.
• Unaad Bhatkanti reserves all the right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without prior notice.
• Telephonic confirmation is mandatory, if unable to contact send us a text message.
• If the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to departure, the full tour fee will be refunded.
• Anyone violating rules will be removed from the trek without refund
• Punctuality is critical – latecomers may miss the bus and will not be refunded
