• 9.15 am: Start the trek to Aadrai forest
• 1.00 pm: Reach the endpoint and get the magical view of Khireshwar valley and Kalu waterfall
• 3.00 pm: Reach the base village and have lunch
• 4.00 pm: Depart for Pune

• Trekking is specialist activity Trekking shoes are must.
• A haversack r backpack to put in all the things to be carried, so that one has ones hands free while trekking.
• Water (at least 2 Liters).
• Please wear full-sleeves t-shirts and long pants.
• Identity proof (must).
• Some ready to eat food. Plum cakes, Biscuits etc. For Energy while you Trek. Glucon D / energy bars.
• Avoid wearing gold and other ornament.
• Medicine those if you require usually.
• Odomos gel or cream to avoid mosquitoes or insect.
• Raincoat.
• Extra pair of clothes and slippers.
• Sweaters.

• Kindly inform us about your medical issue in advance, if any.
• Participants will be responsible for their own belongings and health issues.
• Avoid wearing gold or other costly jewelry.
• Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited. Organizers are not going to tolerate such acts.
• Keep in mind we are going for Trek not for trip or picnic, so maintain the discipline and follow leader’s instructions for your own safety.
• Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding. Organizers reserve all the right to change, deviate, or cancel the plan without prior notice.
• In case, due to some unavoidable conditions (like natural disaster, change in government or local authorities policy etc.), the event gets cancelled before/on the event date or during trek, trek fees will be refunded except nominal expenses that are already spent till that point.
